Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple franchise locations: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, presenting candidates, offers, and relationship-building with Franchisees. Build pipelines, promote recruiting services, track metrics, and support business growth across the franchise network.

Drive new merchant acquisition and manage a portfolio of clients through in-person prospecting and full sales-cycle ownership. Maintain and grow accounts via retention strategies, contract renewals, cross-selling financial services, CRM tracking, and cross-functional problem resolution. Deliver rough passes and final designs, consider modeling/texturing needs, organize artwork, respond to feedback, meet production schedules, and communicate production concerns.

Run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X), test creative at scale, stand up new channels, own conversion tracking and attribution, deliver performance reporting from top-of-funnel through pipeline, and improve ROAS via A/B testing, cohort analysis, and audience segmentation.

Lead and grow Alteryx's channel business by developing channel sales strategy, recruiting and onboarding VAR partners, managing partner relationships and certifications, ensuring accurate Salesforce forecasting, resolving escalations, coordinating with regional sales leaders, and driving partner-sourced revenue through a motivated channel sales team.

Conduct in-depth prospect research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to assess philanthropic capacity and interests; prepare donor profiles and research reports; use tools like iWave, LexisNexis, Altrata and Tessitura to maintain accurate data; monitor news and philanthropic activity; collaborate with fundraising staff and operations; improve research efficiency using AI where appropriate; assist with standards, documentation, and special projects.

Interact with existing customers to obtain and upsell orders via phone and email, process orders, manage backorders, prepare quotes, follow up on open items, report market feedback, and collaborate with outside sales to grow accounts.

Support the payroll team preparing weekly payroll for 5,000+ employees by performing data entry, timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, verifications, stop payments, unemployment claims, record maintenance, and responding to employee and manager inquiries.

Support Reflex's Growth team by creating organic and paid social content, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns, engaging community members, collaborating with creative partners, and analyzing performance to inform improvements. Assist broader marketing initiatives and experiment with new content formats and influencer or UGC programs.
