Build UI and platform integrations using WinUI/Windows native frameworks, write unit and integration tests, implement Windows platform features while preserving compatibility, and collaborate asynchronously across a distributed engineering team.

Sell Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance using agency-provided leads. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, meet production targets, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Design and implement production process modifications and engineering projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Develop project plans, cost controls, and vendor specifications. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance procedures. Use continuous improvement tools (QIP, SPC, Six Sigma) and CAD where applicable. Troubleshoot mechanical problems, manage projects to timelines, and communicate with operators, management, and vendors. Emphasize safety, health, and environmental controls on the plant floor and in the office.
