Provides executive administrative support to a Regional Vice President while leading regional projects and strategic initiatives. Manages calendars, meetings, travel, budgets, reports, presentations, correspondence, invoices, and board engagement. Tracks project milestones, risks, resources, and outcomes; coordinates regional leaders and stakeholders; supports strategic planning and training programs; and prepares meeting materials and communications. The role requires experience with React, Oracle or NoSQL databases, REST APIs, Kafka, MQTT, UNS, containerization, and Azure DevOps. Manufacturing, particularly steel or metals, experience is preferred.

Creates print and digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, websites, invitations, and brochures. Designs and delivers Microsoft 365 and Copilot training for clients and internal teams. Develops adoption, communications, champion, and change-management programs; creates learning assets and role-based enablement materials; advises clients on Modern Work initiatives; and tracks adoption, engagement, confidence, usage, and business-value metrics. The role partners with technical and client-facing teams to improve technology adoption and reinforce secure, effective digital workplace practices.

Own marketing portfolio and project management alongside marketing operations.
