  • Facilitate cross-functional projects by working closely with the CLO and VPS, and other executives.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, take detailed notes and document action items for follow-up.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist in documenting processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in managing document retention policy

What You Will BringCore Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strategic Foresight: Demonstrated ability to "look around corners"—anticipating potential obstacles and proactively recommending ways to optimize an executive’s time.
  • Process Improvement: Experience not only managing recurring cadences but also identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
  • Crisis & Priority Management: Advanced ability to navigate urgent, competing priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic goals.
  • Autonomous Execution: Highly self-started and capable of working independently
