Develop and scale Safeguard Global’s visual identity across digital, marketing, web, event, presentation, and video experiences. Create campaign concepts, design systems, templates, and high-quality creative assets while maintaining brand standards. Collaborate with UX, content, marketing, executives, agencies, and other stakeholders. Use AI tools and automation to improve creative workflows, support scalable creative operations, and increase production efficiency.

Responsibilities include messaging, segmentation, competitive intelligence, voice-of-customer programs, product launches, content strategy, interactive demos, sales enablement, partner go-to-market, and AI-driven marketing workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Data while maintaining messaging architecture, knowledge bases, battlecards, and content automation.

Build and sustain engagement in MWEG Central, an online community; develop programming, prompts, and volunteer support; manage member-facing communication systems; serve as the in-house Circle expert; coordinate across departments; supervise course creation and member experience specialists; and support the director of communities as deputy.

Sources, recruits, interviews, and hires candidates in a high-volume environment. Reviews applications, coordinates interviews, completes onboarding, tracks staffing progress, identifies hiring barriers, resolves issues, and supports hiring managers and regions across the company.

Oversee the proposal pipeline for new customers and projects, coordinating with business, technical, project management, and scheduling teams. Translate client needs into project scopes, timelines, costs, and pricing while ensuring proposal accuracy and quality. Support client discussions, RFI and RFP responses, sales efforts, proposal templates, costing templates, and continuous process improvement.

Supports cloud infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting across AWS and GCP, develops Python and Bash automation, assists with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, monitors application and server health, explores AI-enabled DevOps workflows, and maintains technical documentation.
