Supports the General Counsel and legal department with contract review and drafting, corporate governance, compliance filings, records management, litigation and intellectual property matters, subpoena responses, legal correspondence, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also manages legal projects, contract deadlines, corporate entities, and cross-department education on legal policies.

Own the contracts management system end-to-end, administering Ironclad workflows, approvals, signatures, repository reporting, and troubleshooting. Negotiate routine NDAs and order forms within established playbooks, escalating exceptions to counsel with recommendations. Apply AI tooling to contract review and playbook checks, improve legal operations processes, and collaborate across legal, sales, and procurement.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoices and credit memos; reconciles general ledger accounts; posts journal entries; maintains vendor records; supports month-end, year-end, and audit activities; resolves purchase order and payment discrepancies; and ensures compliance with company policies and GAAP.

Manage elevator and vertical transportation consulting projects from planning through completion. Conduct equipment assessments, inspections, maintenance audits, design reviews, traffic analyses, modernization planning, and construction administration. Provide technical recommendations, evaluate code compliance and system performance, prepare reports, coordinate with owners and project teams, and support client relationships and business development. Work across offices, occupied buildings, and active construction sites with required regional travel and occasional air travel.

Leads demand, supply, merchandise, open-to-buy, allocation, inventory, and sales order planning across regions and channels. Manages forecasts, budgets, capacity plans, replenishment, inventory strategies, and S&OP reviews to optimize sales, margins, service levels, and profitability. Partners with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations while developing a high-performing team and driving process improvements.

Manage IT projects from initiation through closure, including feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, project charters, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and operational handoffs. Maintain the enterprise project management tool, support portfolio reporting and process improvements, and contribute to organizational transformation, automation, and AI initiatives. The role requires on-site work in Brookfield, Wisconsin, four to five days per week.
