About Principle Health Systems

At Principle Health Systems, our mission is clear: to improve outcomes and experiences for patients and providers. As we expand our impact across mobile diagnostics, we’re seeking values-driven team members who understand that excellence is not a task—it’s a habit. If you are energized by building, solving, and leading in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Associate to serve as a critical partner to the CEO in executing high-priority projects and advancing strategic objectives across the organization. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives on ownership, builds from scratch, and finds clarity in chaos.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. Our CEO maintains a fluid schedule, and this position demands a high level of adaptability, initiative, and urgency. If you're a natural anticipator who ensures nothing slips through the cracks, this role offers both challenge and reward in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Management – Drive the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives by developing project plans, tracking milestones, and proactively removing barriers to success.
  • Executive Operations – Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, strategic communications, and confidential task execution.
  • Meeting & Materials Management – Prepare agendas, briefings, and high-impact presentations for executive meetings. Capture key decisions and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Research & Insight Development – Conduct deep dives on markets, trends, and competitors to inform strategic planning and executive decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Serve as a trusted liaison on behalf of the CEO.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Align with key departments to maintain visibility on project status and organizational priorities.
  • Ad-Hoc Special Initiatives – Tackle dynamic projects assigned by the CEO with speed, precision, and a can-do attitude.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, strategic execution, or executive support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Availability outside standard business hours, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience working with executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence tools or analytics platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $90,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health benefits package.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • 401(k) with employer matching.
  • Professional development opportunities.
Defined Growth Path
  • 0–24 months: Strategic Initiatives Associate – $70K–$90K
  • 24–48 months: Promotion to Junior Strategist – $110K
  • 48–72 months: Promotion to Senior Strategist – $135K
