Own a major enterprise sports client end-to-end: drive delivery, prioritize requests, coordinate product/engineering/delivery, manage roadmap/renewals/expansions, handle incidents/escalations, and produce actionable client reporting.

Owner of inbound SMB deals and contributor to enterprise pipeline: prospect named accounts, run discovery with engineering and FinOps buyers, execute account plans, demo, negotiate, close SMB deals, represent the company at events, and maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene.
