Own go-to-market for Coaching and Personnel product categories: gather market, customer, and competitive insights; define positioning and messaging; lead product launches and multi-channel campaigns; build enablement, playbooks, and training for Sales and CS; use Customer.io to drive adoption; define and track KPIs; create AI-driven workflows and partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to grow adoption.

Own and execute full-funnel paid media strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic and OOH. Manage agency relationships, optimize performance against ROAS/CAC/CPP, run test-and-learn programs, coordinate creative assets, translate data into actionable insights, and align media plans with cross-functional teams for seasonal planning and growth.

Design and test mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components for new product development using CAD (Creo), create drawings, BOMs, ECOs, and support manufacturing, service, and suppliers.
