Provide HR administrative support including applicant screening via ATS, candidate outreach, phone screening, scheduling, onboarding administration, maintaining electronic employee and training records in HRIS, processing background checks/drug screens/MVRs, data entry, and HR help desk assistance. Cross-train with other HR administrators and support recruiting and onboarding for U.S. and select Canadian locations.

Own full sales cycle for new enterprise logos in the Northeast territory, build and manage pipeline using MEDDIC and HubSpot, deliver consultative ROI-driven presentations to C-suite, partner with Sales Engineering/SDR/Marketing/Product, represent company at events, and ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities post-sale.

Support and learn from a Senior Technical Expert on forensic construction cases. Conduct site inspections, document findings, analyze construction and legal documents, assist with cost estimating, prepare technical reports and presentations, and track billable hours while developing skills toward a Technical Consultant/Testifying Expert role.
