Lucas Tree Experts has an opportunity for an HR Administrator in their Falmouth Maine Headquarters. This is a full time, 40-45 hour per week position as part of the HR team. Responsibilities for this position include, but may not limited to: managing people and culture; recruiting and onboarding new employees throughout the USA and in several Canadian provinces; maintaining electronic employee files; scheduling; phone screening and interviewing; administer onboarding testing and the overall employee onboarding experience; tracking and processing licenses and certifications, filing, faxing and data entry. Cross training with other HR Administrators and their job duties as assigned.
DUTIES
- Review applicants using the ATS and a rigorous screening process.
- Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through professional job boards
- Engage with hiring managers on position postings, staffing needs, hiring and onboarding
- Phone screen and interview applicants
- Schedule background checks, post-offer physicals and drug screens
- Establish Employee electronic files both for HR and Payroll in HRIS
- Tracking employee sign on and recruiting bonus
- Assist existing employees with scheduling and testing
- Maintain employee files and training records in HRIS
- Data Entry
- HR Help Desk assistance
