Own and scale Nomic's infrastructure stack across multi-account AWS and Kubernetes: rollout orchestration, inference performance (GPU/model serving), CI/CD, IaC, observability, security, disaster recovery, and cost management to support many customer environments at scale.

Perform financial analysis and reporting to support purchase requisitions, Field Marketing initiatives, sales results, profitability checks, testing and innovation projects, reconciliations, data validation, and ad hoc analysis for cross-functional business partners.

Provide Level 2 support and maintenance for Rural Metro Fire business applications (Baseware, UKG Telestaff, WFM). Operate and manage live and studio audio recording, mixing, editing, and archival for the Music Department; run soundboards for performances; manage Tyler-Tallman Hall operations and technical issues; maintain labs and studios, coordinate hardware/software purchases and upgrades, train and supervise work-study students, and support faculty and students with audio technologies and emergency livestream/recording needs.

Provide account support for 4-5 clients: research and analyze media coverage, draft and proof PR materials, build media lists, conduct media outreach, assist with social media tools, handle client logistics, and participate in new business and proposal work.

Provide administrative and credit support for commercial, business, and commercial real estate loans: monitor insurance, taxes, UCCs, loan transitions and releases, process participation loan payments, assist borrowers, support systems and departmental invoicing, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

Coordinate and manage digital and in-person events including webinars and LinkedIn Live; set up webinars, send promotional emails, manage Zoom/Restream, coordinate marketing assets, maintain email lists, and ensure smooth event execution and engagement.

Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, verify timesheets, maintain employee payroll records, ensure regulatory compliance, reconcile payroll general ledger and benefits accounts, generate payroll and benefit reports, support audits, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.

Design, assess, and implement data/voice/video networks using fiber, copper, and wireless systems. Work on metropolitan and regional broadband and public-safety networks, coordinate with stakeholders, and apply fiber testing and ITIL practices. Requires senior-level network engineering experience and professional certifications.

Lead Bartow operations with strategic, financial, and operational oversight. Drive business development, P&L, and growth across geotechnical, field, drilling, and lab services while ensuring quality, safety, client relationships, and staff development.
