Executes project-based technical services for AEC customers, specializing in electrical coordination and at least one AEC vertical. Performs Scan-to-BIM and modeling work using Autodesk tools, follows quality standards, supports technical demonstrations, and communicates workflows and outcomes to customers. The role requires adaptability across project types, customer-facing technical communication, attention to detail, and ongoing development across adjacent disciplines.

Lead the design, prototyping, optimization, verification, and manufacturing transfer of implantable neurostimulation devices and neuro-lead interfaces. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and contract manufacturing teams; integrate complex electronics; analyze operational data; develop technical specifications and device history files; support risk management, regulatory filings, intellectual property, and production optimization.

Provide on-site data centre remote support by diagnosing and resolving incidents, monitoring SLAs, using service assurance and ticketing tools, maintaining configuration items, coordinating repairs and escalations, and collaborating with clients, vendors and carriers to restore service.

Partners with leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, change management, and talent development. Manages full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, hiring metrics, pre-employment checks, and onboarding handoffs. Administers the HRIS recruitment module and Predictive Index assessments, interpreting results for hiring managers. Supports internal communications, employee engagement, and ad hoc HR projects.

Provides administrative support for Care Management and Behavioral Health operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, processing time cards and work orders, assisting with budgets, expense reports, billing and insurance claims, maintaining databases and files, retrieving information, preparing reports, and drafting correspondence. The role also interacts with patients and external contacts and may support tours, orientations, training, and presentations.

Supports the Dean’s Office by collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting enrollment, faculty workload, academic program, and survey data. Builds Excel datasets, dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports using university systems such as WebFOCUS and Banner. Administers Qualtrics surveys, validates and documents data, responds to analytical requests, identifies trends and inconsistencies, and communicates findings to college leadership while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Designs and implements scalable NetSuite-Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and automation tools. Leads integration architecture and strategy, analyzes business processes, develops and tests integrations, troubleshoots synchronization issues, and ensures secure, compliant, high-performance solutions. Creates technical documentation and architecture diagrams while collaborating with IT, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
