Lead tax engagements involving planning, preparation, and review of individual, corporate, and partnership returns. Owns the full partnership lifecycle, including partner identification, executive relationship management, complex negotiations, integrations, commercialization, governance, and performance measurement. Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, customer adoption, market expansion, and strategic platform differentiation.

Create and maintain master and daily staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for resident care needs and regulatory compliance.
