Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels for assigned clients. Lead audience research, channel planning, measurement strategy, tactical development, campaign execution oversight, optimization, and performance analysis. Partners with business leaders, HR, Analytics, and Data teams to improve forecast accuracy, reporting, data quality, and FP&A processes. Prepares executive and Board reporting, performs scenario and investment analyses, and serves as a Planful power user.

Initiates sales, processes orders, anticipates customer needs, and manages assigned millwork products, including vendors, purchasing, pricing, inventory, and promotions. Communicates market trends, coordinates deliveries and customer inventory, supports outside sales and product managers, assists with marketing programs and product research, and provides leadership to sales support staff. The role also emphasizes customer service, safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.

Leads grant acquisition and external funding efforts, including federal grant submissions and RFP responses. Coordinates grant-funded project implementation, ensures post-award compliance, prepares financial and non-financial reports and billings with Accounting, and interprets applicable regulations and policies. Requires strong writing, editing, deadline management, collaboration, and grant administration skills.

Sell life, health, annuity, membership, and financial services products through consultative sales and lead development. Build customer relationships, generate referrals, prepare proposals, close sales, meet production goals, complete compliant documentation, and support underwriting and brokerage requirements. The role is primarily branch-based, with limited community-event travel and occasional evening or weekend hours.

Manage an enterprise SaaS client portfolio for successful outcomes, adoption, health, retention, and revenue expansion. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, develop success plans, resolve issues, monitor usage and transaction metrics, and build C-suite relationships. Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, advocate for client needs internally, communicate product roadmap value, support thought leadership, manage churn risk, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
