The role monitors performance, delivers client reports, improves SDR playbooks and messaging, and partners with internal teams to drive pipeline, client satisfaction, and retention across diverse EMEA markets.

Oversee compliance programs for registered funds, including CCO reports, Rule 38a-1 policy reviews, service-provider due diligence, risk assessments, regulatory examinations, and compliance controls. The role also manages client and stakeholder communications, supports staff onboarding and training, and leads technology- and AI-enabled process improvements to enhance scalability, quality, and operational efficiency.

Recruit Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across specialties and markets. Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, workforce plans, and provider recruitment initiatives. Advise leaders on market trends and hiring strategies, guide candidates through interviews, offers, contracting, credentialing, and onboarding, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with marketing on employer brand efforts while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
