Improve systems and processes, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and lead a small accounting team while partnering with the Controller on budget accountability.

Support hospice accounts payable by reviewing monthly expenses, creating and processing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, ensuring billing matches clinical documentation and contracts, maintaining records, supporting audits and month-end, communicating with vendors, and processing ancillary claims in EPIC.

Drive outbound prospecting to engage physicians, nurses, and hospital stakeholders; qualify leads, schedule meetings for field sales, maintain pipeline and Salesforce records, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, rapidly learn product value, and manage territory-focused outreach in a high-activity environment.

Oversee safe, compliant heap leach and concentrator processing to meet production and recovery targets. Optimize heap leach stacking and irrigation, manage costs, inventory, metallurgical accounting, reporting, and coordinate with mining, geology, safety, permitting, and labs.

Sell Sphere's AI-enhanced commodities trading software to trading and broking firms; build new business relationships through consultative selling; collaborate with a small US team; communicate clearly in-person and verbally; learn complex markets and product features; operate autonomously to drive commercial growth.
