Serve as the Baltimore office front desk: welcome visitors, answer and route calls, manage meeting rooms and mail, support administrative and client document tasks, maintain shared spaces, and assist during peak tax-season with occasional overtime.

Lead AfroTech and Blavity live/virtual event programs from concept to execution: define scope, budgets, GTM and launch plans; manage teams of employees and contractors; coordinate cross-functional workstreams (content, sponsorship, marketing, production); drive ticket sales, registrations, and membership conversion; own master event calendar and performance reporting; equip partners with assets and messaging.

Lead GTM/RevOps execution: own CRM and pipeline hygiene, analytics and forecasting, RFIs, contract-to-cash, sales-stack automation, follow-ups, and customer engagement cadences to scale revenue operations and reduce manual work.

Maintain and enhance databases and end-user applications, ensure data integrity and compliance, prepare data for analysis and reporting, perform imports and backups, troubleshoot database systems, and complete assigned duties.

Participate in rotational learning and development programs, support strategic and operational projects, analyze and implement supply chain improvements, collaborate across functions, present insights to management, and engage in mentorship and leadership development.
