Manage sales objectives across Vive’s Upper Midwest territory, including South Dakota, Iowa, and Missouri. Develop retail business plans, forecasts, sales strategies, and market expansion opportunities for agricultural crop protection products. Build relationships with agricultural retailers, distributors, growers, and partners; launch innovative products; maintain CRM market intelligence; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams. Travel across the United States and Canada as needed.

The Technical Business Analyst will facilitate workshops, document requirements, manage project scope, and produce clear artifacts for client deliverables across data platform workstreams.

Leads operational systems and support across six schools, including team management, facilities, nutrition programs, regulatory compliance, data systems, enrollment, procurement, vendors, budgets, and continuous improvement. Establishes standards, KPIs, reporting processes, and accountability systems while partnering with school leaders and central teams. Conducts site reviews, manages operational resources, ensures compliance, and develops scalable solutions for consistent school operations.

Provide Level 1 technical support for deployed autonomous manicure robots. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues remotely; guide field personnel through troubleshooting; monitor system alerts; document incidents and resolutions; escalate complex problems; maintain knowledge resources; and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Field Service teams. The role includes regular Wednesday-Sunday retail-hours coverage.
