Leads and develops the Communities Account Management team serving multifamily and HOA customers across California. Oversees strategic customer relationships, retention, revenue growth, escalations, performance metrics, reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution. Owns day-to-day accounting for a single entity, including AP, AR, month-end close, financial reporting, union and AIA billing compliance, revenue recognition, job costing, and process adherence. Partners with project managers and operations leadership, maintains accurate records using ServiceTitan, improves accounting workflows, and supports future shared-services and system implementation initiatives.

Prepare journal entries, manage monthly close activities, complete balance sheet reconciliations, perform flux analysis, and oversee transactional accounting flows. Support project accounting, produce financial reports and GL analysis using COGNOS and Snowflake, improve accounting procedures, meet service-level agreements, and respond to audit requests. The role requires collaboration with an India-based outsourced team and four days per week in the Shelton, Connecticut office.

Leads strategic go-to-market programs and cross-functional initiatives for the CRO organization. Partners with Revenue Operations and senior leaders on planning, OKRs, communications, executive meetings, events, budgeting, headcount planning, organizational alignment, risk management, and operating cadence. Drives projects from planning through completion, maintains documentation and reporting, resolves dependencies, and serves as a trusted escalation point across the global Revenue organization.
