The Technical Business Analyst gathers requirements, translates business needs into specifications and user stories, analyzes billing and integration workflows, and recommends system improvements. The role supports QA, UAT, audits, reconciliation, change management, and project tracking. Retains and expands existing pathology clients by ensuring satisfaction, resolving concerns, improving communication, supporting payor contract implementation, conducting market analyses, distributing educational materials, and generating new business. The role serves as the liaison between clients and pathologists, supports client loyalty and market share growth, and follows healthcare privacy, security, and corporate compliance requirements.

Manage staffing schedules and timekeeping for assigned programs, including daily shift management and staff deployment to meet program needs. Coordinate AM, PM, and overnight on-call coverage, maintain scheduling accuracy, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. The role is remote but requires residence in Pacific or Mountain Time zones.

Lead technology delivery across the full software lifecycle in an Agile, cloud-first environment. Responsibilities include translating business outcomes into technical solutions, developing and maintaining applications and platforms, creating proof-of-concepts, applying DevSecOps and secure coding practices, supporting CI/CD and automated testing, resolving third-line incidents, improving delivery processes, managing data privacy risks, and advising engineering leadership while mentoring junior staff.
