- Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate tracking systems
- Execute academic tracking processes while ensuring data integrity
- Prepare student and faculty schedules for review and approval
- Process student appeals and coordinate timely resolutions
- Submit, track, and follow up on JIRA tickets for Education Support needs, ensuring proper documentation and communication
- Maintain accurate faculty and student records in compliance with academic standards
- Support academic compliance monitoring and reporting efforts
- Update and manage academic tracking systems
- Oversee daily operations of the Learning Resource Center (LRC)
- Coordinate IT support for academic-related activities, including tech day needs
- Create a well-organized and compliant academic environment while supporting students and faculty throughout their academic journey
