Tracks performance, conducts social listening, monitors trends, and uses analytics to refine content and audience growth. Requires strong storytelling, design, video editing, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Leads integrated brand and digital marketing strategy across campaigns, paid media, CRM, website, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and agency partnerships. Develops go-to-market plans, optimizes marketing investments, oversees Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital channels, reports performance to leadership, and manages marketing staff and cross-functional collaboration. The role also guides website improvements, brand compliance, marketing training, and association-wide growth initiatives.

Advise customers on CMMC, NIST, FedRAMP, CJIS, and other compliance frameworks. Author and enhance policies, procedures, plans, and compliance artifacts; conduct audits, security assessments, interviews, and gap analyses; present findings; educate customers; and develop compliance solutions for cloud and Microsoft environments. Collaborate with technical, sales, and compliance teams while supporting service offerings and customer projects.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining strategic accounts. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships, develop account plans, forecast pipeline, negotiate contracts, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer solutions and maximize lifetime value.

Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for corporate and branch locations: month-end close, consolidated financial reporting, bank reconciliations, cash monitoring, supervise staff, coordinate with external accountants and foreign branches, support filings, drive process improvements, and handle ad-hoc projects.

Lead the design, implementation, and operation of Carefeed’s AWS cloud infrastructure. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, standardize logging, alerting, and observability tools, respond to production incidents, improve system reliability, and guide infrastructure and developer tooling practices. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business operations teams while owning complex infrastructure initiatives independently.
