Own end-to-end mechanical design and development for current and next-generation energy products. Supports center management, HR, USDA functions, office operations, visitor tracking, supplies, mailings, and emergency communications. May supervise site activities when the Center Manager is absent and helps maintain safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Leads Vale’s Phoenix logistics team and oversees mobile matcha bar readiness. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, inventory and ordering, product production, cart preparation and maintenance, dispatch, returns, dish operations, and deployment support. Ensures carts are staffed, stocked, clean, functional, and dispatched on time while maintaining operational standards and supporting the team hands-on.

Owns finance-related CPQ and ERP systems, ensuring configurations, workflows, data, and controls support accurate reporting and GAAP compliance. Maintains accurate employee data and documentation in Paycom and related systems, prepares workforce dashboards, coordinates policy updates, and partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to improve processes and support employees.
