The Wholesale Lead is responsible for loading and unloading delivery vehicles, completing deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards in a warehouse environment.

Manage paid search/social campaigns, budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B tests, technical SEO, tracking/tagging, and cross-functional collaboration to improve ROI and digital experience.

Oversee design, planning, staffing, and daily management of camp programming (especially CIT program). Support Camp Director with schedules, training, safety/emergency response, staff mentoring, operations, and all-camp activities. Serve as on-site weekend supervisor and fill in for Camp Director as needed.

Manage project invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable and WIP aging, reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, support project managers on budgets and billing, resolve invoicing issues, and assist with audits and profitability analysis.
