The HR Generalist II supports associates and managers across HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, orientation, performance management, policy compliance, engagement, retention, benefits, payroll, and employment status processes. The role processes employment paperwork, verifies licensing and credentials, provides HR guidance, and escalates complex matters to the HR Director.

Develops and executes automated digital marketing campaigns for prospects, Realtors, and homebuyers. Responsibilities include building personalized email and SMS nurture campaigns, managing Salesforce marketing automation workflows, optimizing landing pages and email assets, coordinating creative development, conducting segmentation and A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and privacy standards.

Assists with developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Establishes AIOps, intelligent observability, predictive failure detection, and self-healing automation while managing client stakeholders, demand governance, service reporting, and implementation roadmaps.

Manages human resources functions for an assigned airport station, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits enrollment, employee relations, compliance, personnel records, and workforce reporting. Coordinates background checks, airport badging, and regulatory requirements while supporting staffing and retention strategies. May also assist with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operational reporting. Requires flexible scheduling, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to obtain airport security clearance.

Serves as a strategic people partner to leaders across Roadie, owning employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching, compliance, talent management, job architecture, engagement initiatives, and people analytics. Supports onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and day-to-day People Operations while helping scale programs and organizational effectiveness.

Leads Christian Academy of Knoxville’s fundraising and advancement strategy, including annual giving, major gifts, endowment growth, capital campaigns, planned giving, donor stewardship, and foundation grants. Builds donor relationships, coordinates fundraising across support organizations, supervises advancement staff, manages the budget, and reports metrics to leadership and the Board. Collaborates with communications, finance, database management, admissions, athletics, and arts teams to align philanthropic efforts with institutional priorities.

Leads DevOps and cloud engineering capabilities supporting regulated financial services workloads. Responsibilities include designing and operating secure Azure infrastructure, advancing CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, managing Docker containerized applications, improving observability and incident response, optimizing cloud costs through FinOps, coordinating releases, and partnering with security, business, engineering, and vendor teams.

Performs quality engineering activities in a manufacturing environment, including process and product audits, quality capability studies, inspection instruction development, NPI and prototype support, CAPA and gap analysis, ISO documentation, and customer complaint resolution. Oversees OBA inspectors, ensures compliance with IPC standards and customer requirements, monitors FPY and OBA performance, and recommends corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework, and quality issues.
