Processes donations, pledges, vendor invoices, payments, wire transfers, and disbursements. Maintains donor and vendor records, reconciles donations across databases and accounting systems, resolves errors, prepares financial reports and specialized donation receipts, and handles related communications. The role also trains finance volunteers and responds to donation inquiries while supporting accurate financial record keeping.

Documents workflows and builds automation for payment matching, expense allocation, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, and exception alerting, helping the platform scale its fund portfolio without proportional headcount growth.

Tune AML and fraud detection models using customers’ live transaction data. Investigate missed cases, alert quality, pattern drift, and false positives; validate changes through backtesting and sample review; document regulatory rationale; and present model performance and business value to compliance, risk, and data science stakeholders. Partner with customer teams on account strategy and relay customer-specific or systemic findings to product and model functions.

Supports US federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, reporting, planning, and audits. Prepares corporate tax returns, ASC 740 provision workpapers, international tax calculations, estimated payments, R&D credits, depreciation schedules, property tax filings, and audit responses. Maintains compliance calendars, reconciles tax data, documents conclusions, identifies issues, and improves tax processes and technology. Collaborates with finance teams, advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.

Manages office operations, scheduling, phone communications, customer service, records, payment links, accounts receivable follow-up, project closing, roofing orders, and employee onboarding paperwork. Serves as a primary contact for customers and internal teams while supporting efficient workflows and resolving inquiries promptly.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, content, sales enablement, interactive demos, product launches, and competitive research for a B2B SaaS learning platform. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement. Analyze customer and market insights, support SEO and AEO content, and use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Support clinical supply procurement by maintaining procurement data and systems, assisting contract lifecycle activities, coordinating with vendors, resolving requests, and supporting internal supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Lead product design for Jane’s Activation team, improving clinic discovery, signup, onboarding, setup, and first-90-day experiences. Use user research, behavioral data, experimentation, and activation metrics to reduce friction, improve conversion and retention, and accelerate customer value. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data partners, and designers while aligning stakeholders and communicating decisions through compelling storytelling.
