Manage the countywide Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Classification division. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing classification and salary studies, supporting workforce and succession planning, analyzing workforce data, developing reports and dashboards, ensuring policy compliance, improving processes, and advising leadership on staffing, compensation, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises product and engineering teams, manages compliance risks involving healthcare, privacy, data security, FDA, FTC, DEA, fintech, and AI regulations, and supports audits and outside counsel. Develops scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks, and AI-native processes while partnering cross-functionally with company leadership.

Leads regional marketing strategy and execution for Raising Cane’s, managing Area Leaders of Marketing and developing their skills. Sets regional goals, creates marketing plans, oversees sponsorship negotiations and partnerships, supports restaurant openings and community activities, enforces brand standards, and manages marketing reporting. The role requires extensive travel, collaboration with regional and support-office teams, and occasional nights and weekends.

Leads integrated, full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across DTC, retail, healthcare practitioner, ecommerce, international, Amazon, PR, influencer, social, paid media, CRM, content, and experiential channels. Owns campaign architecture, messaging, planning calendars, governance, cross-functional alignment, measurement, performance optimization, and executive communication. Partners with senior leadership and channel owners to connect brand strategy with customer insights, coordinated execution, and measurable business results.

Supports recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits, compliance, reporting, employee inquiries, engagement initiatives, training coordination, and general HR projects across Texas locations. The role manages job postings, interviews, background checks, new-hire setup, ADP updates, employee changes, and HR communications while developing broad HR generalist experience. Occasional travel between Austin and Bastrop may be required.

Own and administer Salesforce globally across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Build workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations; maintain data quality and governance; support forecasting, territories, quotas, and revenue operations. Partner with global stakeholders and external implementation teams, lead UAT, document configurations, train users, and recommend Salesforce, AI, and integration enhancements.

Lead the architecture, design, verification, physical implementation, tape-out, validation, and production ramp of high-performance AI inference ASICs. Drive PPA optimization, memory subsystem design, hardware/software co-design, and relationships with foundries, IP vendors, and EDA providers. Recruit and mentor the ASIC team while shaping the company’s silicon roadmap and execution methodology.

Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE environments, Azure resources, and Power Platform. Manage security, licensing, backups, upgrades, integrations, performance monitoring, and end-user support while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to maintain secure, reliable, and well-governed systems.

Provides administrative support to the SCOPE Director, including calendar and email management, task tracking, meeting notes, receipts, metrics spreadsheets, and team communications. Supports team operations, campaign coordination, event logistics, retreat planning, travel, venues, agendas, and organizational projects. Requires strong organization, writing, discretion, remote collaboration, proactive follow-through, and occasional travel.
