Lead B2B business development for contract manufacturing and confectionery coatings: identify and close new customers, manage onboarding and commercialization, coordinate cross-functional teams, and transition accounts to account management while meeting revenue and margin targets.

Perform actuarial analyses for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACO populations including IBNR, pricing, forecasting, and risk adjustment. Support monthly close, P&L, budgeting, contract performance, and provider/clinical analytics. Analyze large claims, encounters, and enrollment datasets; produce pro forma and multi-year projections; deliver ad hoc executive-level analyses and improve analytical tools and processes.

Manage and lead implementations of TeamDynamix ITSM and PPM tools for multiple clients, handling planning, configuration, testing, training, issue resolution, status reporting, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
