The POD Rebate Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all vendor rebates are calculated, reconciled, and received in a timely and accurate manner.

POD Rebate Coordinator Qualifications
- Well-organized and self-directed
- Demonstrated complex problems-solving skills
- Able to partner with all levels within the organizations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Polished oral and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
- 1-3 years of experience working in the distribution industry
POD Rebate Coordinator Duties
- Orchestrates payment of all vendor and marketing, growth, Journeys, and shelter rebates
- Reconciles rebate reports against vendor payments due
- Manages all vendor inquiries and discrepancies
- Evaluates, monitors, and organizes vendor payments received
- Provides detailed purchase reports for vendor deductions
- Reviews and understands vendor contracts
- Other duties as assigned
