Provide phone, email, and chat support for ACT Innovations SaaS platforms (Paracelsus, DCCM); troubleshoot software, printer/analyzer connectivity, and workflows; remotely access customer systems; document tickets; escalate complex issues; assist with QA, release notes, knowledge base, and occasional onboarding or travel.

Own end-to-end onboarding and post-launch success for a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers. Lead PMO portfolio governance, prioritize projects, allocate resources, implement PMO processes and reporting, manage dependencies and risks, and escalate critical issues to leadership while partnering across global and cross-functional teams.

Serve as primary quality focal for product lines: lead root-cause and 8D corrective actions, manage returns and MRB, develop inspection and quality plans, conduct audits (including AS9100), train staff, perform trend analysis, supplier corrective actions, and present management reviews.

Manage customer orders from receipt through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and delivery for SMAC. Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and Project teams to maintain production schedules, resolve material shortages, track milestones (FAT, shipment, delivery), prepare reports (backlog, OTD, throughput), and support continuous improvement for on-time, accurate deliveries.

Process and research vehicle titles in accordance with state regulations and company policy. Provide customer service via phone and email, communicate with DMV and sellers, maintain title documentation and filing, update customers on status, and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Assist with resolving missing or incorrect paperwork and perform related administrative duties.

Lead strategic customer relationships and account growth for wireless networking product lines (switching, routers, SD-WAN, 4G/5G). Drive revenue and margin, develop account plans, manage RFQ/RFP processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and identify new business across SMB, consumer networking, cloud, security, and health tech sectors.

Lead product marketing to define Gradial's category and messaging, own positioning, launches, competitive strategy, analyst relations, customer storytelling, and sales enablement. Build repeatable case study and launch processes, work closely with founders, product, and sales, and translate complex AI-native product capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
