Lead product marketing for Tipalti's finance automation platform: define messaging and positioning, gather customer and analyst insights, plan and execute GTM and product launches, enable sales with collateral and training, analyze usage to inform product and pricing, and drive analyst relations to strengthen market perception.

Lead the integrations product roadmap to build scalable, monetizable API-first and low/no-code offerings. Define API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards; partner with architects and engineering; improve developer experience, packaging, and GTM alignment; benchmark competitors; prioritize AI-enabled automation; track success metrics; and act as the customer voice to drive adoption and platform scalability.

Supervise daily accounts payable operations and staff, review and approve invoice coding and vendor payments, resolve escalated vendor disputes, ensure compliance with accounting controls, and support month-end close and process improvements with the Accounting Manager.

Develop and maintain cloud-native backend and frontend systems for satellite operations using Python and AWS. Build APIs, containerized and serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and integrate with React/TypeScript frontends while supporting mission-specific U.S. government programs and improving system reliability, performance, and observability.

Manage and coordinate transportation services and independent contractors for assigned customers. Build client relationships, review delivery metrics, resolve service issues, audit reports, onboard and train drivers to SOPs, plan route coverage, troubleshoot eCMobile issues, handle driver pay activities and negotiations, and monitor gross margin and contractual compliance to ensure timely service.

Serve as the first point of contact: answer and direct calls, reconcile delivery routes, enter orders and create invoices, perform clerical duties, and support occasional telephone sales in a fast-paced office.

Lead modernization of data platforms, design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse models, improve data governance and quality, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with IT, business units, and leadership to drive data-driven initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Support HR administrative functions including employee records, onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, investigations, workers' comp and unemployment coordination, training, and HR program communication while partnering with leadership and staff.

Drive new restaurant acquisition and revenue growth through consultative B2B selling. Manage a territory, deliver tailored demos, build long-term relationships, meet acquisition and revenue targets, maintain Salesforce pipeline, share customer insights with Product/Marketing, and represent OpenTable at industry events. Role requires frequent travel and territory planning to expand market presence.
