Lead HR technology strategy and execution as the primary IT partner for People. Stabilize and improve HRIS and supporting systems, define governance and intake/prioritization, align HR systems with enterprise data and IT architecture, coordinate releases, and translate HR priorities into scalable system roadmaps and operational improvements.

Lead cloud financial governance and FinOps for an Azure environment: design costing models with Kion, implement automated budget enforcements and policy guardrails, analyze Azure billing and usage for optimization, produce executive dashboards, and advise engineering teams to enforce cost-conscious practices.
