Processes and reconciles vendor invoices, statements, payments, expense reimbursements, and company credit card expenses. Verifies vendor accounts, resolves purchase order and payment discrepancies, maintains vendor documentation, assigns expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers, and supports accounting and restaurant operations teams. The role requires strong organization, Excel skills, communication, accuracy, and knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures.

Design and implement scientifically valid automated evaluations of frontier AI systems, focusing on impacts to user wellbeing, autonomy, mental health, and decision-making. Develop user simulators, LLM-as-a-judge pipelines, evaluation rubrics, and population-specific methods. Collaborate with research engineers, scientists, frontier AI labs, regulators, domain experts, and affected communities to improve evaluation realism, measurement, and oversight.

Drives Power Distribution sales across the western region by developing sales strategies, growing utility and channel-partner accounts, negotiating pricing and contracts, managing forecasts, and achieving profitability goals. Builds customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, introduces products, monitors market trends, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues. Leads regional sales agents through territory planning, coaching, accountability, and performance management. Represents the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Leads YMCA membership operations, including recruiting and supervising staff, delivering member service, managing enrollment and registrations, coordinating events and promotions, monitoring satisfaction and retention, preparing reports, supporting budgets, and serving as facility Leader on Duty.
