We are looking for an innovative Talent Partner based in Poland to shape and execute our talent attraction strategy for our Services team. At Veeva, Customer Services helps our customers achieve true value from our software.
Rather than following traditional recruitment playbooks, this role operates as a strategic talent driver. We welcome candidates from non-traditional recruiting backgrounds—such as tech sales, field marketing, or technical customer-facing roles—who bring a strong business mindset, proactive communication, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will collaborate deeply with hiring managers, build market visibility, and deliver high-caliber talent aligned with our product evolution, tech-enabled tools, and long-term operating vision.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Execute Talent Strategy: Establish and implement a tailored talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division across the Polish market for experience and university hires.
- Deliver Early Hiring Impact: Serve as the primary Talent Partner on critical focus areas, successfully supporting hires in Poland.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Build trusted, strategic relationships with regional hiring managers and global business stakeholders to understand specific technical and operational team needs.
- Drive Speed & Operational Excellence: Master Veeva’s internal hiring philosophy to calibrate top-of-funnel strategies, streamline interview processes, and reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
- Elevate Employer Brand: Strengthen Veeva’s brand presence in Poland, positioning the company as an employer of choice for top-tier services, technical, and consulting talent.
- Embody our core values—Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management, or a technical, customer-facing role within a global technology or consulting environment
- Language Skills: Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Mindset: Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving ("Care, Notice, Act").
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Openness to alternative talent attraction strategies, non-traditional candidate profiles, and evolving team operating models.
