We’re seeking a proactive and experienced IT Systems Administrator to own and evolve our identity, device, and access management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Identity, Access & Device Management

  • Lead administration of Okta (SSO/IDP) and JAMF Pro (MDM) and Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable user and device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows environments.

  • Manage Microsoft Entra and Google Workspace integrations for identity federation, endpoint security, and policy enforcement.

  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and automate provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.

  • Partner with Security and People Ops to maintain compliance and a frictionless onboarding/offboarding experience.

Systems Administration & Infrastructure

  • Oversee and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including network configurations, cloud identity systems, endpoint management, and SaaS integrations.

  • Design and implement policies for device encryption, patching, and mobile device security.

  • Monitor and optimize performance of authentication, access, and management systems.

Security, Compliance & Best Practices

  • Collaborate with CyberSecurity and compliance teams to uphold data protection standards suitable for a social casino environment.

  • Ensure systems align with frameworks like NIST, SOC2 and PCI compliance requirements.

  • Develop documentation, run regular audits, and enforce best practices for security posture and access control.

Support & Process Development

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated identity, system, and endpoint issues.

  • Build and document IT workflows, policies, and training materials for internal use.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across IT systems.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Lead strategic IT initiatives—such as tool rollouts, MDM/IDP enhancements, and integrations.

  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure quality, security, and cost optimization.

Required Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of progressive IT experience with a focus on systems administration, identity management, and endpoint management.

  • Expertise with Okta, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Entra/Intune, and Google Workspace.

  • Strong understanding of macOS and Windows administration in hybrid or remote environments.

  • Proven experience managing SSO integrations, MDM deployments, and zero-trust access models.

  • Excellent documentation skills and a systematic, security-first mindset.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to support a distributed global workforce.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in gaming, tech, or other fast-paced, high-growth industries.

  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, or enterprise-grade SaaS applications.

  • Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell)

  • Cybersecurity certifications and experience are preferred
