Owns end-to-end mobile product design from discovery through launch, including UX flows, UI, prototyping, design QA, accessibility, edge cases, and regulatory constraints. Partners closely with product and engineering, uses feedback and metrics to iterate, and explores motion, sound, haptics, AI-assisted prototyping, and code-based workflows. Requires strong UX/UI fundamentals, Figma expertise, frontend awareness, and a shipped-work portfolio.

Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid social, Google Search, programmatic, connected TV, radio, and podcasts. Own acquisition budgets, creative testing, landing pages, targeting, attribution, and performance metrics including CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROI. Use AI tools such as Higgsfield and Claude to accelerate creative development, analysis, reporting, and workflows while partnering with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

Owns the end-to-end redemption and fulfillment pipeline, including vendor SLAs, shipping, exceptions, customer support processes, and cost reconciliation. Manages the product catalog, sourcing, merchandising, pricing, vendor onboarding, and market data integrations. Establishes cross-functional operating rhythms, reporting, decision rights, and scalable processes while building a future fulfillment and merchandising team.

Build and own ARB Interactive’s creator and influencer program from zero to one. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting creators, negotiating partnerships, designing incentives and deal structures, managing an always-on creator community, building CRM and tracking systems, and measuring acquisition, registration, redemption, retention, and player value. The role requires hands-on outreach across major social and streaming platforms, creator development, content evaluation, and optimization of a performance-driven growth channel.
