Job Definition:

The HPE Networking Supply Chain Transformation & Enablement Office ensures the delivery of highly effective end-to-end system and integrated process solutions to meet the goals and objectives of Networking Supply Chain Operations (SCO).  The Business Systems Analyst will act as a hybrid Supply Chain Systems SME and Project Lead, responsible for driving process alignment and system enhancements across demand, supply, inventory and material planning, S&OP, and fulfilment teams in the Networking Supply Chain Operations Team. The BSA will additionally be responsible for business systems support. Key to success for this position will be strong project management leadership.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

How will you make your mark

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning system initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and new solution deployments across Oracle and SAP
  • Drive requirements definition and user acceptance testing in partnership with business and IT stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across Planning, Fulfilment, and IT teams
  • Identify and resolve data, process, and system integration gaps across Oracle and SAP landscapes
  • Own testing strategy, defect resolution, and deployment readiness for system changes
  • Support enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives

About you

  • BA or BS Degree or 7-10+ years equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Planning systems implementation, experience with Oracle Supply Chain Cloud required. 
  • SAP Order Management, AATP, and Backlog Management preferred.
  • EDI management and implementation.
  • Project Management experience required, including IT-interfacing roles.
  • Experience in a Supply Chain operational role, preferably in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP or Inventory Planning. 
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing & Fulfilment with outsourced manufacturing and 3PL partners for high tech multi-level BOMs.
  • Experience in Project Management software such as JIRA, Service Now, MS Project
  • Experience in Business Process mapping and documentation
  • PMP a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep expertise of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules, including Demand Management, Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning 
  • Working knowledge of SAP S4/ECC processes, especially in Order Management and AATP
  • Strong program/project management capability with demonstrated delivery ownership
  • Ability to act as SME and bridge between business and IT
  • Broad Supply Chain Operations business knowledge, including Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Planning, MRP and Build Plan, Order Scheduling, Backlog Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management and Cost Management.
  • General knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain flow in the Manufacturing tech industry and stakeholders involved at every stage.
  • Comfortable using AI and developing new use cases.
  • Strong data & analytics tools experience, with a focus on supply chain reporting.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to summarize project status effectively to leadership, to engage collaboratively with resources across various internal and external teams, and to escalate appropriately to resolve gaps and enable quick decision making.
