Team Overview
The Data Integration team enables the successful onboarding, processing, and operational management of client and data provider data across TransUnion platforms. The team works closely with clients, data providers, product teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure data integrations are accurate, scalable, and reliable. This team plays an important role in supporting TransUnion's ability to deliver trusted data solutions and operational excellence. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Serve as a technical bridge between clients, data providers, and internal teams to ensure data integrations are configured accurately and operate reliably.
Support enterprise client onboarding and implementation workflows to enable successful integration of client and provider data.
Configure and maintain data ingestion and delivery pipelines to support ongoing business operations.
Troubleshoot complex data collection, processing, and delivery issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Translate client requirements into implementation plans and actionable product feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, efficiency, and data quality across integration processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, implementation activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
Support operational workflows by applying data analysis and technical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance onboarding and data delivery outcomes.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2-3+ years of experience in adtech, martech, technical support, client onboarding, or a related operational technology environment.
Experience supporting enterprise clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation outcomes.
Knowledge of data onboarding, ingestion, and delivery workflows and how they support business operations.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues and translating business requirements into operational solutions.
Required Technical Skills
SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying, analysis, and troubleshooting structured datasets.
Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) integrations and file-based data delivery methods.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Microsoft Excel skills including sorting, filtering, data validation, and basic formulas.
Understanding of data ingestion, onboarding, processing, and delivery workflows.
