Job Description:
In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. What you’ll do:
Leads a complex individual supply chain sub-category; including data and industry analysis; reports results to senior managers.
May lead & provide guidance to an international/ local, cross-functional team such as the ACLD team.
Meets with Stakeholder senior managers to understand business priorities and translate them into supply chain strategies; influence the industry and marketplace within moderately complex marketplace categories.
Track and plan for upcoming renewals and support new supplier negotiations to ensure contract coverage is maintained and deals are optimised.
Develops and utilizes supply chain, business, and financial modelling tools.
Leads Supplier Selection Activities.
Drives supply base optimization.
Negotiates and completes contracts with complex suppliers.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of large, moderately complex suppliers.
Partners with suppliers in minor strategic development.
Provides input on risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management and operation strategies.
Assesses current and evolving business models in the marketplace.
Identifies challenging contract risk areas.
Negotiates acceptable contracting outcomes using known solutions.
Advises senior level business leaders on contract risk areas.
What you need to bring:
First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically, 6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
Demonstrable experience of working within the procurement team for a large global enterprise
Preferable with meaningful exposure to both AC and benefit negotiations.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent understanding of global procurement processes, industry, and complex suppliers across AC, benefits and recruiting markets.
Working knowledge of benefit agreements and partnering with brokerage firms for similar services, together with knowledge of AC models and differentiating between SoW based labour and agency contracting engagements. Familiarity with key AC suppliers especially those that are India and APJ based.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel (intermediate-advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint) and supply chain modelling skills.
Strong knowledge, use, and influence of procurement tools and applications including but not limited to Field glass – Smart labour II tool for Agency contracting.
Knowledge of Fieldglass Smart Labor II and related contingent workforce management tools ideally but training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Strong project management skills with ability to multi task.
Excellent team leadership and influencing skills with global stakeholders.

Capable of drafting contract solutions in known contract risk areas to obtain acceptable outcomes with limited supervision.
Strong understanding of contracting principles.
Demonstrate ability to extract, analyze, and interpret contingent labor spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor supplier performance, develop executive dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Experience utilizing procurement reporting tools to perform spend analysis, supplier concentration analysis, competitive benchmarking, savings tracking, demand forecasting, and workforce trend analysis
Ability to close complex deals in a timely fashion.
Strong ability to develop suppliers strategically.
