About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager who has affinity with software ecosystems, SaaS integrations, and commercial partnerships. You will work closely with the software vendors and technology partners that integrate with Codabox, Clearfacts, Clearnox, and Flowin. These include accounting and ERP software providers, banks and financial service providers, and a range of technical integration partners.

The heart of this role lies in building and strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding integrations, co‑creating commercial opportunities, and driving ecosystem value. You will act as a bridge builder between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and a strong strategic fit. You will report to the Sales Director of the business unit (Finca) that encompasses Codabox, Clearfacts, Clearnox and Flowin within TAA Europe.

What you will be doing

  • Manage, strengthen and expand strategic relationships with software and technology partners.

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support joint growth and improve integration value.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partners on our solutions, data flows, integration capabilities and commercial models.

  • Lead joint go‑to‑market initiatives, co‑creation activities and ecosystem-driven programs.

  • Conduct partner and market analysis to guide strategy and prioritisation.

  • Negotiate C‑level commercial agreements that maximise the value of partnerships.

  • Improve and refine partner workflows, processes and communication structures.

  • Collaborate with senior management on shaping long-term partnership strategy.

  • Ensure adherence to partner agreements, performance metrics and integration standards.

Regular travel will be required, with weekly partner visits across Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

What makes this role interesting?

  • A strategic, high-impact role at the heart of a growing software ecosystem.

  • The opportunity to shape long-term partnerships with well-known software companies.

  • The freedom and autonomy to identify and develop new commercial and technical opportunities.

  • A blend of strategy, innovation, relationship-building and market influence.

  • A hybrid working model, with a weekly office day in Leuven and regular visits to Mechelen.

  • Opportunities for professional growth within the broader Wolters Kluwer TAA Europe organisation.

Your profile

You excel in data and software-driven environments, understand the value of integrations, and thrive in building impactful partnerships. You combine business development instincts with technical curiosity and strong communication skills.

You bring:

  • A good understanding of APIs, integrations, digital workflows and data exchange concepts.

  • A keen interest in AI technology and solutions.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at C-level.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel on a weekly basis within the BeNeFra region.

  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
