What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Proven track record in a top-tier Consulting organization, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, coupled with the ability to see the bigger picture while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables.
- Must be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite of applications and Oxford Economics and Standard and Poor´s date bases. Think-Cell knowledge is a plus.
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
Impact You'll Make:
- Support the annual strategic planning process – align on key strategic priorities, coordinate with cross functional teams for inputs, ensure capacity alignment.
- Support the execution of the TransUnion Latam´s strategic initiatives, aligning with the regional objectives; creating a solid follow-up plan to ensure tracking of initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against Run & Grow objectives, making real-time adjustments as necessary.
- Partner in creation of comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models to evaluate the potential impact of strategic decisions.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas within the information services industry.
- Collaborate with various teams including Finance, Solutions, Technology, HR and Operations to ensure relevant inputs outlining performance and plans are collated.
- Lead the coordination of materials to prepare for quarterly CEO & Board meetings, highlighting the business performance.
- Develop financial projections to estimate market size, revenue projections, P&L projections and investment requirements for new projects
- Execute ad hoc strategic analysis for leadership team, specifically macroeconomics analysis for Mexico.
- Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis, related to quarterly earnings releases, monitor strategy, and predict competitive response for key competitors.
- Build content to support a variety of Strategy and M&A process components and other high-visibility, high-stakes materials involving C-suite internal stakeholders. Support M&A and investment (business cases) roadmap across the region.
- Support leadership team in key initiatives across the organization: prepare presentations for leadership team, research, financial analysis, among others.
