Team Overview
The International Sales Enablement team equips sales teams with the knowledge, capabilities, learning experiences, and resources they need to engage customers effectively and remain ahead of market trends. The team partners closely with commercial stakeholders across international regions to develop scalable programs that strengthen sales performance and support sustainable behavioral change. This role will be based in Mexico and will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Independently develop and manage sales enablement programs for the Mexico sales organization, translating strategic direction into structured and actionable solutions.
- Partner closely with sales teams as the role’s primary internal client, understanding their needs and developing programs that support current and future commercial capabilities.
- Identify competency and development needs, connect insights across the sales organization, and translate them into curricula, learning journeys, playbooks, and other enablement resources.
- Design and develop e-learning courses, storyboards, training materials, and sales playbooks that apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles.
- Establish clear objectives, methodologies, and success measures for enablement programs, and communicate what was delivered, why it was needed, and how it supports the business.
- Measure, monitor, and communicate program results to relevant stakeholders, using findings to improve learning solutions and future enablement initiatives.
- Manage multiple sales enablement projects and sales-related events while coordinating executive, regional, and subject-matter expert stakeholders.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person environments that support sustainable behavioral change.
- Develop innovative solutions without relying exclusively on an established local playbook, adapting relevant practices and sharing learnings with the broader international team.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Undergraduate degree and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience, or recognized certifications and equivalent experience supporting sales-team development and growth.
- Knowledge of adult-learning principles, instructional-design practices, and sales enablement frameworks, with the ability to apply them when creating programs and learning experiences.
- Experience working closely with sales teams, with a strong understanding of how to communicate with commercial stakeholders and address their needs as internal clients. Previous experience in a direct sales position is not required.
- Demonstrated experience independently developing, implementing, measuring, and monitoring programs in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Strong structured-thinking, communication, stakeholder-management, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to connect information and explain objectives, decisions, methods, and results clearly.
- Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 to design and develop interactive e-learning content.
- Experience using Articulate Rise to create digital learning experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for the development of training materials, presentations, and sales enablement resources.
- Ability to create storyboards and final learning materials that reflect established instructional-design principles.
- Ability to deliver learning experiences through virtual and in-person facilitation platforms.
- Experience developing or facilitating selling-skills or leadership-development programs.
- Previous experience working remotely as part of a global or international team.
- Graphic design and visual-content creation experience.
- Fluent English-language communication skills in a business environment.
