What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate tailored Vault CRM Suite and AI solutions directly mapped to customer goals
- Own RFXs and provide accurate technical responses regarding platform functionality, security, and integrations
- Support marketing initiatives and represent Veeva at key events
- Partner with the sales team to co-own deal strategy, lead technical execution, and build customer relationships
- Facilitate discovery meetings to uncover business challenges, operational bottlenecks, and strategic priorities
- Lead consultative workshops that build trust around AI safety and inspire customers to envision AI-native workflows
- Partner with Veeva Services to transition pre-sales technical designs into clear implementation scope for post-sale execution
- Share customer feedback and challenges with Product Management to help guide product strategy and roadmap
Requirements
- Must live in the Greater Philadelphia area, New Jersey, Boston metro, or California
- 3+ years in pre-sales, implementation, or consulting within life sciences, or in pharmaceutical sales
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to prove technical value through compelling narratives
- Hands-on experience with modern SaaS platforms and AI tools
- Self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to adapt to evolving tech landscapes and team priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

- Direct experience with the Veeva Vault Platform, Vault CRM, or legacy Veeva CRM
- Deep functional knowledge of pharma commercial ecosystems
- Familiarity with enterprise AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), or data warehouse integrations

Compensation
- Base pay: $80,000 - $160,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
