Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland only: the annual salary range for this position is 75,000-100,000 PLN gross - and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or .NET.
- Database Knowledge: Strong SQL skills for querying, debugging, and managing databases.
- Technical Platforms: Experience with Windows, UNIX/Solaris, and IIS.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Experience: Previous experience in application support or software development.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication for stakeholder management, and the ability to work in Agile, ITIL-driven environments.
Common Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, specific cloud or programming certifications) are often preferred.

Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, application support, or related technical role
- Strong Java development, debugging, and troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL development and query troubleshooting
- Experience diagnosing and resolving issues across applications, databases, and web technologies
- Familiarity with JavaScript, XML/XSLT, HTML, and CSS
- Experience supporting or working with the CableBuilder application or similar enterprise software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and learn new technologies quickly
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
