Tufin’s Product Management team drives product planning and execution across the full lifecycle – defining vision, prioritizing requirements, and partnering with customers, sales, R&D, solutions, business development, and marketing to deliver successful releases and growth.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the creation of a new Tufin security offering – shaping what it is, where it plays, and how it grows. This is a strategic, high-ownership role with direct impact on Tufin’s future direction: you will define the offering, lead the research into which security category Tufin should expand into, and chart how to grow it over time through build, buy, and partner options.
Responsibilities:
• Define and lead a new Tufin offering – including how to package existing and, where relevant, new product capabilities into a clear, differentiated, and market-ready solution.
• Lead market, customer, and competitive research to identify the most attractive category for Tufin to expand into – whether in security, operations, or an adjacent domain – and build the business case behind the recommendation.
• Develop the expansion strategy for the offering, evaluating build / buy / partner options and driving the decision and execution path with leadership.
• Define the pricing and commercial model for the offering in partnership with sales, finance, and marketing.
• Engage directly with customers to validate needs, use cases, and the value of the offering.
• Own the offering roadmap and positioning end to end, aligning R&D, sales, solutions, business development, and marketing around shared priorities.
• Partner with marketing on messaging, GTM, sales enablement, and impactful launches, and represent the offering to customers and internal stakeholders – driving adoption and growth.
Requirements• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or offering end to end.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and/or network security products and markets- Must.
• Proven experience defining strategy and packaging – turning existing capabilities and market insight into a compelling offering.
• Experience leading market and competitive research and translating it into clear, defensible business recommendations.
• Strong business and analytical thinking, with the ability to evaluate build / buy / partner trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• Self-motivated, collaborative leader able to drive cross-functional work across many stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel (4–6 times a year).
Advantage:
• Experience with M&A evaluation, partnerships, or new business / category development.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to work more effectively and accelerate product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or an MBA.
