At Salesforce, we understand that today's businesses need to engage with their ecosystem across every channel to be successful. Our vision is to provide our customers and developers with a best-in-class platform to create the next generation of digital experiences. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer success, and technical implementation. You will be the product voice for migration tooling, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams through one of the most significant platform transitions in our industry cloud portfolio.

Own migration program management end-to-end: scoping, planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and go-live
Leverage and evolve migration tooling — including the Assessment Report and OmniStudio Migration Tool — to accelerate and de-risk customer transitions
Serve as a trusted advisor bridging the gap between Salesforce product teams, SIs, and customer architects
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback that shapes the migration toolset roadmap (targeting General Availability by release 262, June '27)
Develop migration playbooks, best practices, and reference architectures for common E&U Managed Package scenarios (Industries CPQ, EPC, billing, field service)
Engage directly with customer IT, architecture, and business teams to drive adoption of E&U on Core capabilities
Collaborate with GTM, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to support pre-sales migration scoping and post-sales delivery
Customer & Partner Engagement
Serve as the product expert in customer-facing migration conversations — translating complex technical migration paths into clear, actionable guidance.
Engage directly with customers, partners, ISVs, SEs, and Professional Services teams to understand migration pain points, document "jobs to be done," and inform product decisions.
Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Professional Services counterparts to shape migration playbooks and tooling that accelerate time-to-value.
Industries CPQ Expertise
Apply deep expertise in Industries CPQ (formerly Vlocity CPQ) to ensure migration tooling accounts for CPQ data models, configuration patterns, and customer workflows.
Partner with CPQ product teams to align migration paths and minimize disruption to customer quoting and billing processes.
Essential Skills
10 + years in enterprise software, with deep experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / E&U Cloud)
Demonstrated expertise in the Managed Package data model and the E&U on Core data model
Strong understanding of Industries CPQ (EPC, pricing, contracts) including data models, configuration patterns, and enterprise quoting workflows
Experience in both Solutions Engineering (SE) and Professional Services roles

Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors)
Proven ability to lead customer-facing conversations on complex technical and product topics, including migration strategy and implementation planning.
Experience collaborating with or working in Solution Engineering or Professional Services roles — with a strong appreciation for implementation realities and customer success.
Self-directed, with the ability to break down complex processes, assign actions, and manage progress toward deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams alike.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry preferred, including utility operations, retail energy, and related technology ecosystems.
