Pre-Sales Designer

As a Presale Designer on the Creative Services team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in creating high-quality mockups and designing world-class products for a global customer base. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, ensuring designs align with expectations while meeting strict SLAs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts to evolving product needs, and is committed to delivering top-tier design solutions.

• 0–3 years of experience in graphic/UI design, with proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with video mockup creation using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with technical design requirements and the full design process from concept to execution.
• A passion for continuous learning and upskilling in design-related technologies.

As a Presale Designer, you’ll bring value by:

• Creating high-quality static and video mockups that align with client requirements and project deadlines.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of design cases, ensuring all efforts are well-documented.
• Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering exceptional designs and proactive communication.
• Minimizing escalations and ensuring clear alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborating with internal teams (product, design, and operations) to align designs with company objectives.
• Staying updated on industry trends, product updates, and new design technologies to enhance your skills.
