Responsibilities
  • What You'll Do
  • Lead concept development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, packaging, events, D2C, and sales materials
  • Translate strategic objectives into cohesive visual systems and campaign assets that support product launches and brand initiatives
  • Continuously evolve the visual language of SRAM's brand portfolio and product marketing
  • Support SRAM presence at industry tradeshows and events, in both execution and on-site support
  • Collaborate across functions: visual production, copy, photography, industrial design, engineering, and external agency and production partners
  • Prepare and QA production-ready files for print, digital, and motion applications
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations end to end
  • Build and maintain templates, brand standards, and scalable design systems
  • Produce high-impact presentations and storytelling assets that support business development and executive communication
  • Mentor designers and contribute to a feedback culture that raises team output

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or corporate environment
  • BFA/BA in Graphic Design or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
  • Portfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking, strong art direction, and multi-channel execution
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat) and Figma
  • Fluency in motion and video tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of photography, lighting, pre-press, and print production processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing project budgets and vendor/agency relationships
  • High organizational bandwidth: able to manage concurrent projects without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skills
