Design, build, and run SRAM's commercial legal infrastructure including CLM, templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows. Lead complex negotiations for manufacturing, supply, distribution, sponsorship, and international deals. Drive adoption of standardized tools, capture institutional knowledge, support global supply chain and trade compliance, and scale the commercial legal function while providing clear, business-focused legal advice.

Serve as SRAM's North America subject matter expert for U.S. import compliance. Manage HTS/ECCN classification, duty analysis, customs audits, SAP data maintenance, broker/vendor performance, and cross-functional trade compliance projects. Communicate regulatory changes, ensure documentation retention, and support distribution and strategic initiatives.

Provide phone and email technical and warranty support for all SRAM product lines to customers, dealers, distributors, and OEs. Diagnose issues, initiate repairs to factory specs, report trends to Quality, attend industry events, and perform related duties.

Provide end-user support via Jira Service Management, assist with systems administration (network, server, cloud), support device provisioning and lifecycle, create training and documentation in Confluence, and develop basic scripting for automation under senior staff guidance.

Own end-to-end design and development of assigned performance cycling apparel categories from concept through go-to-market. Translate athlete insights into technical apparel solutions, source fabrics, create tech packs and CADs, prototype and wear-test, manage PLM and supplier relationships, cost-engineer products, and collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and athletes. International supplier travel as needed.
