Serve as SRAM's North America subject matter expert for U.S. import compliance. Manage HTS/ECCN classification, duty analysis, customs audits, SAP data maintenance, broker/vendor performance, and cross-functional trade compliance projects. Communicate regulatory changes, ensure documentation retention, and support distribution and strategic initiatives.

Oversee daily office operations, facilities coordination, vendor relationships, workplace safety, space planning, employee onboarding, travel logistics, events, inventory, expenses, and operational workflows.
