Serve as SRAM's North America subject matter expert for U.S. import compliance. Manage HTS/ECCN classification, duty analysis, customs audits, SAP data maintenance, broker/vendor performance, and cross-functional trade compliance projects. Communicate regulatory changes, ensure documentation retention, and support distribution and strategic initiatives.

Oversee daily office operations, facilities coordination, vendor relationships, workplace safety, space planning, employee onboarding, travel logistics, events, inventory, expenses, and operational workflows. Design and produce brand and product visual communications for Velocio across digital and print channels. Manage product photos and CMS layouts, edit photo/video libraries, create multi-channel campaign assets, design presentations, support retail/event visuals, and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines while collaborating with the marketing team.

Lead the technical lifecycle of Velocio apparel from design handoff to pre-production approval. Manage fabric sourcing, tech packs, prototyping, wear testing, pattern development, and supplier relationships. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, marketing, and athletes to deliver high-performance, sustainable cycling apparel and meet cost and timeline targets.

Develop and manage promotional strategy for the E-MTB product line, including messaging, positioning, ambassador recruitment, social media, content creation, cross-functional go-to-market coordination, budget management, and partnership promotions to increase global brand value and perception.

Lead and develop the Brazil Technical Support team, drive operational excellence across warranty, repairs, and service center operations, manage warranty claims and SAP product failure data, maintain KPIs and technical documentation, and build strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and global quality/legal teams.

Design, build, and run SRAM's commercial legal infrastructure including CLM, templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows. Lead complex negotiations for manufacturing, supply, distribution, sponsorship, and international deals. Drive adoption of standardized tools, capture institutional knowledge, support global supply chain and trade compliance, and scale the commercial legal function while providing clear, business-focused legal advice.
