Problem Solving & Support

  • Serve as the primary technical owner and subject matter expert for assigned systems, acting as the first line of defense for user support and troubleshooting.

  • Investigate and resolve system issues and business process challenges.

  • Track and escalate issues with vendors, managing cases to a swift and successful resolution.

  • Lead hypercare efforts during releases

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Analyze key finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) to identify opportunities to reimagine, optimize, and automate business processes to drive measurable efficiency, control, and user experience improvements

  • Lead requirements gathering, scope management, and design for system enhancements and projects.

  • Help business partners understand and effectively utilize system features.

Testing, Compliance & Documentation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and use cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements.

  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring stakeholders are engaged and prepared.

  • Ensure all system configurations and processes adhere to SOX, ITGC, and internal audit requirements.

  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, controls, user guides, technical runbooks, and training materials.

  • Support controls implementation, documentation, and audit activities
